We would recommend your company to our friends & family members if there is ever a need. FYI there was a small issue with one of our ducts upstairs that was missed in the original inspection. We were not happy with that result when a rip in the insulation on one of the ducts in attic & we were told that we would have to pay additional $300.00 to fix it. It was not fixed and I told our sales rep Paul Walker about it. We were told any repairs if needed would be taken care of.

Nick Finn was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions. Also he told me step by step what was he going to do. From a scale of 1-10, ten being the maximum satisfaction I give it a 9. Why a 9 because the appointment was from 12-4. Mr. Finn arrived about 4:40pm. I know that stuff happens and you can't help it but I was glad they called me to let me know they were running late.
